We select ripe figs with deep colour and a sweet, jammy interior, then freeze them whole or halved using IQF. The pieces stay separate, so you can portion them straight from frozen.
IQF figs bring natural sweetness to bakery, desserts, jams and dairy, and look just as good on the plate as in the mix.
