01About us

Rooted in the field. Trusted in the freezer.

Al Rozana Group for Export is an Egyptian company founded in 2025. We grow strawberries on our own 350-feddan farm, freeze the fruit using IQF and blast freezing, and export it to importers, distributors and food manufacturers. Alongside our strawberries, we supply IQF blueberries, mango, apricots, figs and pomegranate arils.

About 4,000 tons of first-grade strawberries are processed as IQF. The rest of our strawberry production is blast-frozen and exported to countries such as Brazil, while second-grade fruit goes to the Egyptian market and to countries such as Sudan.

    Field

Strawberries grown on our own 350 feddans, across 5 plots, yielding 20–25 tons per feddan.

  2. A picker placing freshly harvested strawberries into a blue crate in the field
    02

    Harvest

Fruit is hand-picked at peak ripeness into field crates, ready for sorting and grading.
